🚚 Local Delivery Service
We offer a convenient direct delivery service, delivering your selected items directly to your designated address.
Free Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery service is available for orders over HK$500 (within Hong Kong only).
Orders not eligible for free delivery will be charged a flat delivery fee of HK$50.
Delivery Time
Generally, we will arrange delivery within 3-5 business days after order confirmation and payment.
The delivery specialist will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to schedule a delivery time before delivery. Please ensure your contact number is available.
Delivery Area
We cover major areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Some remote areas (such as outlying islands and restricted areas) may incur additional charges. Please contact customer service for details before placing an order.
In-store Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your order in person at our store.

Once your order is ready, we'll notify you by email or phone. You can pick up your order during business hours.
🔧 Special Arrangements for Large Appliances
We offer enhanced service for large appliances (such as washing machines).
Basic Installation Service
We will provide basic installation service for your selected large appliances (please inquire with our staff for details upon purchase). Old Appliance Recycling Service
We are happy to help you process and upgrade your old appliances (including four appliances and one computer). Our delivery staff will collect your old appliance on-site. *100% return for one similar appliance (please indicate this before delivery).
We will arrange a door-to-door recycling service provided by ALBA* on your behalf.
Additional Delivery Services
The delivery location does not have an elevator and requires walking up or down stairs.
Fees: First 1-9 levels (including stairs outside the building): Free. Levels 10-19 count as 1 level, and levels 20-29 count as 2 levels: HK$30 per level per item (HK$30 per level).
Large Appliance Surcharge: Washing Machine/Freezer: HK$100 per item.
Road sections are not accessible to delivery vehicles (village houses and rural areas).
Village Entrance Delivery: Free. Nearest parking space available. Walks exceeding 400 meters on a flat surface or more than 200 meters on a slope. Distance per meter: $80

💡 Friendly Reminder
Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address, lost contact with the recipient, or repeated delivery failures will be borne by the customer.
Please be sure to inspect the packaging before signing for the item. If you notice any significant damage or abnormalities, please indicate this on the delivery note and refuse the item immediately. Please also contact our customer service immediately.
We offer a free temporary storage service for up to 30 days, allowing you to arrange your delivery time flexibly (e.g., during renovations, or when you haven't moved in yet).
