Return and Refund Policy
Once the online payment process is completed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
You must carefully check all product information, including product model, specifications, and price, before ordering.
This online store does not offer refunds. If the goods are confirmed by the distributor to be non-compliant with production standards, a seven-day exchange guarantee is available.
Exchanged goods must be in their original packaging, without any damage, scratches, or signs of water and/or other substances.
A valid invoice or proof of payment must be presented when exchanging goods.
Exchanges are limited to the same model and color.
Exchanges do not include personal care products and certain designated items.
If the distributor is out of stock, the customer may choose to continue ordering/exchange for other goods of equal or higher value (the difference must be paid)/arrange a refund.
In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
