Description
The following are the appliance removal services offered:

#The Star-Rated Appliance Removal Service will arrange for the removal of your old appliance on the same day as the new appliance is delivered (excluding built-in/embedded appliances).
(The old appliance must be placed independently, detached from any device, connection system, or obstructed storage location.)
Service fees will be based on the appliance size:
a) Standard size: HK$100
b) Large size: HK$200, including:
Washing machine or washer-dryer with a width of 27 inches or more;
Moving the washing machine/dryer over obstacles 12 inches off the ground, such as toilet bowls, cabinets, etc., will cost HK$150 per instance.
* Legally mandated free disposal service (approximately 3-5 business days)
If you haven't purchased the star-rated disposal service, the legally mandated free disposal service will be automatically arranged.
We are not responsible for any delays or inability to complete delivery caused by accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.
On the day of delivery, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8, or above, the delivery service will be immediately suspended, and the relevant order will be rescheduled for delivery.
We will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by delivery delays or omissions due to the following circumstances:
1. The recipient is not at the delivery address on the confirmed delivery date and time;
2. The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or faulty;
3. There is no recipient at the provided delivery address;
4. The contact number provided by the customer for the recipient is incorrect or invalid.
Customers may request an exchange for damage or malfunction. All products are non-refundable and non-returnable; only product replacement is available.
If your application for a replacement is successfully approved, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Each product can only be replaced once.
- Only products of the same model can be replaced.
- A valid receipt or order record must be presented for the replacement.
- Replacements must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, i.e., without any damage, scratches, or use.
- The outer packaging must be intact: the packaging must not be damaged, stained, or have any foreign objects such as tape or shipping labels attached.
- All accessories, attachments, user manuals, and warranty certificates (if not filled out) must be complete and returned with the product.
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that do not meet the exchange criteria
- Product accessories
- Designated discounted products
- Gifts
- Products damaged due to improper use/installation
